Covers flexibility, stretching, strengthening, and aerobic exercise, (mostly Chair Exercises) based on PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) meets twice weekly. Facilitated by Physical Therapy Department.

Learn about the benefits and side effects of using medications and insulin to treat diabetes. How to make lifestyle and dietary changes and to become aware of both acute and long-term complications of diabetes will also be covered.

Our multi-disciplinary team includes endocrinologists, primary care providers, dietitians and diabetes educators who work together with our patients to help them learn to control and maintain their glucose levels and to promote better health.
