If you have ongoing health problems, this 6-part series of workshops is for you! The Healthier Living program was designed by Stanford University for people who:

Over the course the Healthier Living workshop you will learn how to:
 

      
  • Cope with the "blues," frustrations and worries
  • Reduce fatigue, anxiety and pain
  • Communicate better with your doctors, friends and family
  • Set goals and problem solve to make positive changes
  • Eat better and stick to a healthy diet
  • Better manage health problems to lessen the impact on your life


This highly informative program is free of charge to Facey patients and their families. The program consists of six consecutive weekly classes lasting 2 1/2 hours each.
