Since Facey Medical opened its doors in 1923, it has been providing a wide range of multi-specialty and ancillary services.  Since that time, Facey Medical has grown to expand its services to its neighboring communities in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, San Gabriel and Simi Valleys.

Our hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.  Human Resources is located at 15455 San Fernando Mission Blvd., Suite 100, Mission Hills, CA 91345.  Parking is validated.
