Ready to help save a life?  Join Facey and Providence by donating blood.  You can make a reservation to donate by phoning (818) 837-5755.

The blood drive will be held in the Mission Hills Annex, across the parking lot from our main clinic.  For a map of this location click here.


Before Donating, make sure you:
  • Remember to bring your photo ID
  • Eat a nutritous meal AND drink plenty of water
  • Weigh at least 110 lbs.
  • Had no tatoos within the past year
  • Had no dental work 24-72 hrs prior
    (unless for acne, that's OK)
  • Have no cold or flu symptoms.
