Red Cross Hometown Heroes

SEPTEMBER 11, 2007 - Facey joined other business leaders in the Santa Clarita area by recognizing the American Red Cross' "Hometown Heroes" of the Santa Clarita Valley. A special recognition breakfast took place at the Valencia Hyatt.

Honors were awarded in ten different Hero categories, including First Responder, Youth, Educator, Medical, Workplace, Military, Youth Sports Mentor, Senior, Adult and Animal Hero.  In the catagory of Youth, was Jared Nathanson, son of our very own Dr. Stephen Nathanson from the Valencia I office.

Proceeds from the event will benefit Red Cross emergency response and educational services in Santa Clarita.  Everyday, local Red Cross volunteers strive to make Los Angeles a safer and stronger community for all.  Facey Medical Group is proud to be one of their local supporters.
