California still requires masks to be worn in health care settings. Patients, physicians and staff will be required to continue wearing masks at all Facey locations. Everyone over age 12 is now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in California and certain adults over 18 are eligible for a third booster shot if they received the Pfizer vaccine. Learn more.

In an effort to take better care of you and ensure your safety, we have enhanced our services as follows:

  • In addition to our regular Immediate Care services, we've set up additional areas at our Mission Hills and Valencia locations to evaluate and treat patients with respiratory symptoms, including those who may have the coronavirus (COVID-19).
  • Testing for COVID-19 is determined by guidelines of the Los Angeles County Department of Health and the CDC. Consequently, not every patient will be tested, but as always in our Immediate Care clinics, every patient will be evaluated and treated.
  • Upon arrival, you will be screened at the front entrance and, depending on your symptoms, be directed to our regular Immediate Care or to our respiratory clinic at the Southwest corner of the building.  If you have a fever when you arrive, you may be asked to wait in your vehicle until we are able to accommodate you in our secure screening area.
  • If you do not have a fever or respiratory illness, you also have the option of visiting any Exer location, if it is more convenient for you.
