Mostly I am happy with services but I did not always receive call backs when told I would and for my colonoscopy, I was told 3 different times to appear and the representative told me she would call back and never did.

My experience with the doctor was pretty good. Where it fell short was when I left the office. I have yet to receive all of my test results and my appointment was two weeks ago. I have called, sent messages, and continuously followed up however I continue to get no real answers. On my my chart account multiple doctors that were not the one I saw responded to my question with an answer that was copy and pasted and failed to answer my question. I called and asked if it would be better if I came back in person as the test results I was waiting for a very sensitive to me. I was met with an attitude and was told that while the results could be printed out I wouldn't be able to understand anyway. I don't think it should be this hard for me to get results in information about tests for my body. On top of that, I only get one response a day. It's very frustrating to have to wait 24 hours to get a vague answer to a question and then have to follow up with another question and wait another 24 hours. I know that my results are in so why have they not been uploaded to my chart? Especially when I've been following up so consistently.
