Dr Decker is very nice. Been with her for sometime. The only thing I was not happy about was the wait time to see her. My appt was at 12:10 got there at 11:45. didn't get seen until 1:35.

My experience with my providers have been great. However I am unable to get appointments with my primary ob due to her never having availability. In addition my medical billing is not being handled appropriately. I have received multiple explanation of benefits stating that the codes given were incorrect.

overall my visit with Jennifer Decker went well, however did not appreciate the 1 hr and half wait in the waiting room. Although the patients were notified. if another doctor was available it wouldve been nice to have been given the option to see another doctor if Jennifer was held up.

Jennifer D. isn't THAT bad, i would much rather see the other nurse practitioner since that's the one I saw my very first visit, but of course usually she's the first one I get offered so I take the appointment and every time it's always the same thing. the front desk DOES NOT inform you if Jennifer running behind, there's no communication between back & front office and most importantly office to patient. I was there 15 min before my appointment and was called 15 min after my appointment was scheduled. the medical assistant who was nice informed me Jennifer was behind. Once Jennifer came in, she asked me if I had seen any of the providers in the office before, CLEARLY she DID NOT even bother to look in my chart. this was my 3rd visit!! she then consulted me on something I was not there for, plus she had consulted me on this my last visit too. she finally got to my actual issue and only ordered one blood test, I don't know why she didn't do a full panel because my after visit question she said it could be hormonal, but that I need to follow up with my pcp, she only ran one test for my issue, not the full panel so she didn't do anything for me then. also while doing an exam she kept talking about her personal life which made me feel uncomfortable because she wasn't even explaining what she was doing to me, she was just talking away and doing the exam. lastly, she clearly had an issue with medical assistant. she kept making remarks about her work ethic to me, those things should be brought up to management/lead instead of the patient.

Jennifer Decker is skilled and knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Jennifer Decker for well over 10 years and even recommended my teenage daughter see her. She provides exemplary care. I feel heard and important.

I don't like the fact that we have to wait for more than an hour to see the provider because she's running behind. also it would be nice to have the nurse update the patients with the times.

Jennifer Decker takes her time with you and makes one feel comfortable.

I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room after being told she was running an hour behind... then an additional 20 minutes in the exam room IN A PAPER GOWN. Pretty annoyed by that.

My only complaint regarding my appointment was the wait time 55 minutes!!

She is always very detailed, her bedside manners are the best. I will continue to refer her to my friends and family.

The NP that I saw was running late, oftentimes staff would kindly update me on the wait time. The staff is Always very pleasant and professional upon arrival. NP Decker spent ample time speaking with me about my issues and took the extra time to understand me.

When I checked in with the receptionist area, I was told that the care provider was running behind 30 minutes. While I was standing there the wait time increased to 45 minutes. I waited more than an hour. Then I waited in the room for another 20 minutes. These are not exaggerated times. The care provider did not apologize for my wait. I left work early to make this appointment and apparently my time does not mean anything. No one came in to check on me. This was my very first experience with Facey and it has left a really, really bad impression.

I love Jennifer Decker and am glad she is who I see but she is always at least 30 minutes behind even when I have the first appointment of the day.

the staff and care are great. my complaint is the wait time, 1 waited for over 1 hour to be called in. the receptionist said the nurse practitioner was 1 hour behind and it would take about 1 hour to get called in.

Excellent experience and definitely will see Ms Decker again.
