It is always easy to get an appointment with Samina Q. When you are hurting and need medical attention - waiting for days or weeks to see a doctor is unacceptable.

I was not happy with my provider. I have never seen her and hope to never again. The only reason I saw her was because my Dr. was about 90 minutes behind. I don't feel that I was given the proper care. Nothing was really explained. She told me she was going to order a CT scan. and that was it. My concerns were not address, and that wad end of visit. After reading her notes of our visit on line I was more upset. She wrote that we talked about what to do if concerns continue, we did not. After CT scan results were in she said all in good and if instill have issues to follow the plan we talked about. [...]

I waited in the exam room for nearly an hour (50 minutes) for the provider to come in. During the visit, she was fine. I left and drive immediately to my pharmacy to pick up the antibiotics she ordered. When I arrived at the pharmacy to pick up my prescribed medication, the pharmacist informed me that the instructions for the medicine were not completed accurately and they had to contact the provider for clarification. This was 5:15 pm and the pharmacist left a message for the provider. I had to go home without my medication and continue to be very sick. The next morning, I called the pharmacy at 10 am and they had left another message and still had not heard from the provider. I called and left a message for the provider. At 2 pm, I called and left another message for the provider and asked to speak with a supervisor. None were available but the medical assistant assured me she would make sure it was taken care of. Finally, at 4:00 pm, the pharmacist called to let me know the provider called and my medicine was ready. 24 hours later and four phone calls, I finally had my medicine. I am a widow, the only parent to two boys and I cannot afford to be sick longer than I need to be. I was extremely disappointed with the wait time in the exam room and the entire extra day it took to get the provider to call the pharmacist. It is completely unacceptable and I hope it will be rectified otherwise I will look for another group to provide my family medical care. Thank you.

I LIKE SEEING SAMINA BECAUSE SHE REALLY LISTENS TO ME AND I DON'T FEEL LIKE SHE IS RUSHING TO GET TO ANOTHER PATIENT.
