How To Use Zoom For a Visit With A Facey Provider

Many of our providers are now offering telehealth virtual visits. We are pleased to introduce this new service to our patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, as we are limiting our face-to-face patient visits to ensure your safety. This new service is available now and will continue in the future. You can learn how to make the most of a telehealth visit by watching this video. Here's a short guide to help you get ready for your first telehealth visit:

Step 1: Make sure you're signed up for MyChart.

We use MyChart to send you the link to your virtual appointment. MyChart is a secure way to manage your health online. You can access it with a web browser or with the MyChart app on your iOS or Android device.

Step 2: Download Zoom

See Zoom’s site for more information on testing your audio and video

Step 3: Begin Your Visit

  • Sign in to the MyChart app or website.
  • Find your appointment link in the message center.
  • Click the link in your MyChart message to launch Zoom on your device.
  • Meet with your provider over video chat.
